Los Angeles Lakers (+175) - They deserve top spot on this list, as Kobe Bryant and the Lakers have been dominant yet again sitting with a 46-17 record. I am predicting the Lakers to repeat as NBA Champions again this year. The addition of Ron Artest to the lineup has helped the Lakers already solid line up, and if they can stay healthy I can see them repeating and winning it the Championship this year. The downside to betting the Lakers at +140 odds is that you won't get that good of a payout - A $10 bet on the Lakers to win the NBA Championship pays out $27.50 at Sportsbook.com.
Boston Celtics (+1000) - My second prediction for this years NBA Championship is the Boston Celtics. The Celtics are 39-21 which puts them fourth currently in the Eastern Conference.
